Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Soave area on basalt soils of volcanic origin.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently crushed at the winery. Thirty per cent of the must remains in contact with the skins for 18 hours before fermentation at 20 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
