Tasting profile
Young yet richly ruby in colour. Fresh raspberry, cherry and lavender aromas lead to a harmonious, easy-drinking palate. Aromatic freshness defines its contemporary Tuscan red-wine style.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 14–16°C. Pair with first courses, light meats and other light main dishes; fish soups and chowders are also suggested.
Vintage notes
Winter 2022 was mild, followed by an extremely hot, low-rainfall summer. Budbreak came early without subsequent spring frost. Despite decidedly low yields, the particularly dry season delivered healthy grapes of excellent quality.
