Tasting profile
Straw yellow. Grapefruit citrus, spring flowers and freshly cut hay emerge on the nose. The palate is dry, fresh, savoury and harmonious, combining crispness with restrained citrus and pleasant minerality.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 12°C. It works as an aperitif and accompanies light first courses and almost all fish dishes.
Vintage notes
Weather varied considerably in 2024. Abundant spring rain supported good vegetative growth, while the warm summer enabled balanced ripening and high overall grape quality.
