Vineyard and terroir
Bruno is produced from selected Sangiovese Grosso grapes grown at 320 m above sea level in Montalcino, Siena, Tuscany. The vines are trained to a low spurred cordon and cultivated with respect for nature and the traditions of Montalcino.

100% Sangiovese Grosso.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested manually during the first week of October and undergo a long fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures slowly in large Slavonian oak barrels. Bottling took place on 12 June 2019.

Tasting profile
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose is intense, persistent and fine, combining floral, fruity and spicy notes. The palate is dry, warm and soft, with moderate freshness, evident but measured tannins and a savoury character. Full-bodied and balanced, it has considerable intensity, finesse and a very persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18°C with red meats, game, braised dishes, roasted meat or aged cheeses.
