The Sangiovese grows in the Scansano area, near Tuscany's southern coast.
Vinification
Harvest runs from late September to mid-October. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks and lasts 10–12 days.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
