Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Tenuta Flaminio in Brindisi. The 60-hectare vineyard area has a north–south exposure and limestone-clay soils. Vines are trained to a bilateral spurred cordon and produce an average of 1.8 kg per plant.
Grapes
100% Negroamaro.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand during the first ten days of September. The rosé is made using the traditional static-draining technique. After soft pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in thermoregulated stainless-steel tanks for 20 days. The wine undergoes static cold stabilization and microfiltration.
Ageing
The wine remains on its fine lees for three months, matures in stainless steel for three to five months and receives one month of bottle ageing.
Technical data
Brindisi D.O.P. Alcohol: 12.5% vol.

Pair with appetizers, fish soups and white meats.
Label / history
Flaminio expresses the Vallone family's interpretation of native grape varieties. The line takes its name from the historic Flaminio vineyards, planted over an ancient Messapian settlement near San Pietro Vernotico. Its style emphasizes intense colour and fruit-driven aromas and has attracted two generations of rosé enthusiasts.
