Vineyard and terroir
Produced from the Fiorato vineyard in the hills of Valpolicella Classica.
Grapes
65% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 5% Molinara.
Vinification
The grapes undergo appassimento for four months, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Ageing
The wine matures for 12 months in oak barriques.

Alcohol: 13% vol. Bottle format: 375 ml.
Tasting profile
Deep, intense ruby red. The elegant, complex bouquet is rich in fruit preserved in spirit, led by cherry and complemented by vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is broad and harmonious, with well-balanced sweetness and a persistent finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 14–16 °C. Enjoy at the end of a meal with desserts and dry pastries, especially recipes featuring forest berries or dark chocolate. It also pairs with mature and blue cheeses and may be served alone as a contemplative after-dinner wine.
Label / history
Recioto belongs to an ancient local tradition and preceded the development of Amarone. It is presented as one of Italy’s significant red passito styles.
