Vineyard and terroir
Villa Lanata’s Muscat vineyards are situated on the steep hill around the estate in the Belbo Valley. The estate has more than 50 ha of vineyards across the municipalities of Cossano Belbo and Castino.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand between 25 and 30 September and collected in 12 kg containers. They undergo gentle pressing and cold maceration for at least two months, followed by fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature.
