Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Campo Morar vineyard. Viviani’s six hectares of vineyards are in Mazzano, in the Valpolicella area, at 350–450 metres above sea level. They face southeast and benefit from good air circulation and low humidity. The vineyards are cultivated without pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilisers under the European Union’s Directive 2078 programme for environmentally friendly farming.
Vinification
The wine undergoes traditional vinification.
Ageing
It matures in oak barrels for two years.

Refined and intense on the nose, with a rich, generous palate and a long, velvety finish.
