Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the individual Zuc vineyard. The vines are more than 40 years old and grow near a body of water, which helps maintain soil moisture; small stones in the soil retain moisture even during severe droughts. The wine is produced only in the best years.
Tasting profile
Bright yellow, with appealing aromas and a palate that expresses the full richness of Pinot Grigio.
Label / history
“Zuc di Volpe” means “hilltop.” The range was first produced in 1990. The Ipso project began in 1999 at the initiative of Emilio Rotolo and Richard Cot, based on their belief in the potential of the region’s Pinot Grigio.
