Vineyard and terroir
The Friulano grapes grow in the hills of eastern Friuli, in clay soils layered with Eocene marl and sandstone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, cold-macerated and fermented at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests briefly on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
It can be served as an aperitif or paired with appetizers, ham, first courses or risotto.
