About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown within Franciacorta DOCG, which extends across part of the province of Brescia in Lombardia.
Vinification
Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero are vinified separately under continuous temperature control. After blending, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle following the traditional Champagne method. Riddling is performed by hand on traditional pupitres to move the sediment towards the cork.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for at least 30 months.
Tasting profile
The nose is rich, while the palate is lively and elegant.
