About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are hand-harvested and taken directly to the press. After gentle pressing, the must is cooled to 10 °C, then fermented in stainless-steel vats at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel vats. The process is intended to preserve the grape aromas.
Tasting profile
The 2009 vintage is lively and elegant, with a delicate, fruity bouquet and a fresh, balanced palate.
