About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Nebbiolo grows in Coste della Sesia, an area in the provinces of Biella and Vercelli where the soils are mainly volcanic.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when they reach the ideal sugar level, taken to the winery and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 20 °C for around 20 days. The wine is described as a natural rosé.
Ageing
The wine ages for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Label / history
"Bricco" means "hilltop". "Lorella" is the name of Rosanna Antoniolo's daughter, after whom she named the wine.
