About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The grapes grow on the Langhe hills around the town of Barbaresco in southern Piedmont.

Vinification

After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, then macerated for 12 days in stainless-steel bioreactors with daily pumping over. After two days of pressing, the must is transferred to Slavonian oak barriques. Natural egg white is used for clarification.

Ageing

The wine ages for two years in Slavonian oak barriques, followed by a further six months in bottle before release.

Tasting profile

Rich and beautifully balanced.
