About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the Langhe hills surrounding the historic town of Alba.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in large and small French oak barrels.
Serving and pairing
Pair with stewed or grilled red meat, vegetables, or cheese.
