About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a 1.9 ha vineyard in Serralunga, where the soils consist of clay-limestone marl that contributes complexity and richness to Nebbiolo’s varietal character.
Vinification
After maceration, fermentation takes place in rotary fermenters for 22 days at 31 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in large oak barrels for 28 months.
