About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s vineyards in San Gimignano.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, usually in the second week of September. They are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for 3–4 months before bottling.
