About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The wine comes from a single vineyard on a tuff plateau at 400 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Selected grapes are harvested in the second half of September and gently pressed before alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures on its fine lees in new French oak barriques for 12 months, with regular bâtonnage. It then spends a further 7 months in steel tanks before bottling, followed by 24 months in bottle in the winery's cellars before release.
