About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Cortese is grown on clay-limestone marl soils in vineyards within the municipality of Gavi.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September, then selected, sorted, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same stainless-steel tanks on fine lees until the following spring.
