About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Briccolina vineyard in Serralunga d’Alba.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and taken directly to the winery. After destemming, they ferment on the skins for 10–12 days in stainless-steel tanks, with pump-overs during fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by 12 months in stainless-steel tanks.
