About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from vineyards in the Langhe.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand from late September to the first half of October. After destemming, each variety ferments separately on the skins for 8–10 days. The resulting wines are then blended.

Ageing

The blend matures partly in French oak barriques and partly in stainless-steel tanks for at least 12 months, followed by further maturation in bottle.

Tasting profile

Vinous and fruity aromas lead to a smooth, enveloping palate.
