About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The fruit comes from Batasiolo’s vineyards within the Moscato d’Asti production area.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested during the first half of September, destemmed and cold-macerated for 24–48 hours. After pressing, the must is chilled to 0 °C and held in the press for one month. Slow fermentation then takes place in an autoclave and is stopped when the wine reaches its intended alcohol level.

Tasting profile

Refined in character.

Serving and pairing

Suitable as an aperitif or with desserts and fruit.

Label / history

The wine bears the name “Bosc dla Rei”.
