About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Monte Ca' Bianca vineyard and is selected from its finest vines.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully sorted after harvest. They dry during September and October, then are checked and kept indoors until January or February.
Ageing
The wine matures for four years in large oak casks, followed by at least eight months in bottle.

Rich and fairly powerful.
