About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Veneto at 120–150 metres above sea level.
Vinification
Most of the grapes are harvested mechanically in late September. After pressing, 50% undergoes 12 hours of maceration. The must ferments in steel tanks at 12–16 °C.
Ageing
The young wine remains in steel tanks until January.
Label / history
The wine belongs to Bolla’s “The Classic — Linea 883” range. The number 883 refers to 1883, the year Abele Bolla founded the winery in Veneto.
