About this wine
Vinification
The ripe grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification includes 15 days of maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20–28 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages in oak barrels for 12 months.
Label / history
The wine belongs to Bolla’s The Classic – Linea 883 range, whose wines come from the Veronese region and are blends of different grape varieties. The number 883 refers to 1883, the year Abele Bolla founded the winery in Veneto.
