About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Chardonnay grows in the company's own vineyards in the Trevenezie IGT zone, which covers Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto and the province of Trentino in Trentino-Alto Adige, an area with a long winemaking tradition. The climate is moderate, with low rainfall and moderate humidity, which helps the grapes ripen fully while developing rich aromas and refreshing acidity. The soils are mineral-rich clay.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, usually from late August to early September. They are gently pressed, and the juice is quickly separated from skins and pulp. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 10 °C for 60 days. The wine is then stabilized, filtered and bottled.

Tasting profile

Elegant and fresh, with appealing aromas and a balanced taste.
