About this wine
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and macerated on their skins at 12–14 °C. Fermentation takes place at 25–27 °C for 15–20 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and pressing.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless-steel tanks for 12 months.
Tasting profile
The palate is full and harmonious.
Label / history
The Borgo del Mandorlo range pays tribute to the ancient origins and history of Puglia. Its identity was inspired by a local landmark: an almond tree growing among rocks at the entrance to a cave, noted for its resilience.
