About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vines more than 20 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of October and carefully selected. They then undergo appassimento in a well-ventilated room. Fermentation of the dried grapes continues until the intended balance between sweetness and alcohol is achieved.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in oak barrels with a capacity of at least 25 hl.
