About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on plots with limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed in a traditional roller press. The must ferments under strict temperature control, followed by a secondary fermentation in sealed autoclaves using the Charmat method. Fermentation is arrested by lowering the temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for two months, bringing it into balance.
Tasting profile
Refreshing and balanced, with bright fruity and floral aromas and a pleasant, easy-drinking character.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or as a base for cocktails.
