Ageing

The wine matures for 36 months in oak barrels that have previously been used twice, followed by 10 months in bottle before release.

Tasting profile

The wine has a rounded, velvety texture. The 2011 vintage shows a rich character.

Label / history

The wine was first produced in 2004.
