About this wine
Origin: Ferrere vineyard, Treiso.
Grapes: 100% Rhine Riesling. Vineyard planted in 2009. Calcareous soil with a high sand content; north-facing. Harvest at the end of September.
Vinification: gentle pressing followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at approximately 16°C. No malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 12 months in stainless steel on the lees with stirring before bottling.
Characteristics: straw yellow with greenish highlights; pineapple, mango and a light hydrocarbon note; dry, delicate and elegant palate with balanced acidity and alcohol.
Pairings: light starters, baked fish, snails and fresh cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8°C.
