About this wine
Origin: cadastral parcel 101.
Grapes: 100% Moscato Bianco. Vineyards planted between 1953 and 1994 on calcareous soils. Harvest in early September.
Characteristics: bright straw yellow with fine persistent bubbles. Intense varietal aromas of apricot and linden blossom. Sweet and light on the palate, with good acidity and a long fresh finish.
Pairings: brioche, panettone, cream desserts and fruit desserts; also anchovies, herring, mackerel, soft cheeses and cured meats.
Serving temperature: 8°C.
