About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from vineyards in the Venice area, on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested only when they reach optimal ripeness and go straight to the winery. A brief pre-fermentation maceration is followed by fermentation, all under strict temperature control.
