About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyard lies on a steep, well-positioned hillside in the Valdobbiadene DOCG area, at 300–400 m above sea level. The grapes are grown organically.
Vinification
Made using the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
Elegant, with bright floral notes, refined flavours and a soft texture.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif or with seafood dishes, risotto or grilled fish.
Label / history
Organic cultivation allows the wine to carry the “bio” designation on its label.
