Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Valdobbiadene with clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a slow secondary fermentation with selected yeasts.

Elegant and fresh, with fine bubbles and a silky texture.
