About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown biodynamically in low-yielding vineyards on the hills of Abruzzo. The soils are loose and limestone-rich.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place at 13–14 °C, after which the wine is transferred to pressurised tanks for secondary fermentation by the Charmat method.
