About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Abruzzo, planted at 100–150 metres above sea level.
Vinification
After sorting, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place on the skins for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 24–26 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in steel tanks and continues to develop in bottle after bottling.
