About this wine
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese.
Vinification: a few hours after destemming and crushing, the must is separated from the skins. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 12–15 days in stainless-steel vats at 12–14°C.
Aging: several months in stainless steel before bottling.
Release: approximately 6 months after harvest.
Characteristics: aromas of crushed strawberries, rose and white flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, with cherry and lemon notes on the finish. Light tannins, crisp texture and a pleasant palate.
Food pairings: fish starters and fish main courses.
Bottle format: 0.75 L.
