About this wine
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese.
Vinification: immediate destemming and crushing followed by soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 12–14°C for approximately one month.
Aging: several months in 10 hl oak barrels.
Release: 6–8 months after harvest.
Characteristics: paper-white colour. Intense fruit aromas with clear green-apple notes. Pleasant and long on the palate, with pronounced acidic freshness.
Food pairings: starters, pasta or rice with vegetables, fish dishes and white meats.
Bottle format: 0.75 L.
