About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at optimal ripeness. After pressing and settling, the juice ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks and barriques.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel vats.
Label / history
The rosé is a new addition to the company’s portfolio. The original idea for 50 & 50 arose during Tuscany’s record 1988 harvest, when Raffaele Rosetti brought together Sangiovese from Capannelle and Merlot from the Avignonesi estate.
