Label / history
Riesling had been studied experimentally in Alta Langa since 1975. After vineyard acreage declined during the demographic changes of the 1960s, renewed viticulture demonstrated the area’s potential. “Campofranco” recalls the return of vines to land that had remained uncultivated for a long time and was therefore considered “franca,” or unused.
