Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Piemonte, in a sunny climate.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, so that only the ripest, healthiest berries are selected, and then gently pressed. The juice ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, which preserves the fresh fruit character.
Ageing
No oak-barrel ageing.
Tasting profile
Refined and aromatic. The nose offers gentle hints of flowers and freshly cut grass. The palate is soft and elegant, with fruit notes and a delicate buttery touch, and a pleasant minerality. Balanced, elegant and harmonious overall.
Serving and pairing
Suited to seafood and fish.
