About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on hillside sites in Abruzzo, where vineyard terraces slope towards the Adriatic coast.
Vinification
The grapes are gently crushed, after which the must is transferred by gravity to stainless-steel tanks. It is clarified and settled at a controlled 14–15 °C, then filtered and fermented at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine remains in stainless-steel tanks under cool conditions until bottling.
