About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
Collefrisio’s 35 ha are divided among three vineyards in the hills of Abruzzo, where growing conditions are influenced by sea breezes and nearby mountains.
Vinification
The winery follows an organic winemaking philosophy. For the 2010 vintage, the grapes were harvested during the final ten days of September and underwent low-temperature maceration.
Ageing
The wine rested in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
