About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on the hills of Piedmont.
Vinification
The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled low temperature to preserve the grape’s varietal character. The second fermentation is carried out in sealed autoclaves using the Italian Charmat method, retaining the original aromas.
Tasting profile
Bright and fresh, with fruit-driven character and a combination of fruit and floral aromas.
Serving and pairing
Pair with fresh strawberries, fruit salads, fruit-filled pies and pastries.
