About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the heart of Piemonte, around Asti, where Brachetto is traditionally grown.
Vinification
The must macerates and ferments on the skins for one week. A second fermentation follows in autoclaves using the Charmat method. Fermentation is stopped when the wine reaches 6–7% alcohol, retaining its natural sweetness.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for at least three months, allowing its flavours and aromas to integrate harmoniously.
Tasting profile
Light, aromatic and lively, with a soft character and aromas of strawberry, red berries, rose petals and a summer garden.
Serving and pairing
Suitable with desserts.
