About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Fiano grows in deep, dry clay soils containing deposits of tuffaceous limestone. The vineyards are surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and receive abundant warm sunshine. Mediterranean sea breezes provide constant cooling.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the middle ten days of September, early in the morning before sunrise. After skin maceration, fermentation lasts two weeks in stainless-steel tanks at 8–12 °C.
Ageing
Ageing contributes distinctive mineral notes.
