About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Valle dei Laghi, north of Lake Garda, where the vineyards lie at 200–300 metres above sea level. Hot days and cool nights give the wine its lively aroma and pleasant acidity.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. At the winery they undergo 12 hours of cold maceration to draw as much flavour as possible from the skins, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in steel vats, which keeps the flavour light and true to the fruit.

Fresh and bright, with a lively aroma and pleasant acidity. The wine is clean and food-friendly.
Label / history
The wine belongs to Cavit's "Bottega Vinai" range, which is sold only through restaurants and specialist wine shops and presents a broad overview of Trentino's wine styles. Cavit has operated since 1950 as a cooperative group founded by Trentino winemakers to improve and simplify quality control. It supports almost 4,500 small wineries, produces 65% of all wine made in Trentino each year, and its vineyards cover 7,000 hectares in total.
