About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified by the traditional red-wine method, including maceration.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for 2–3 months, followed by approximately six months in oak barrels and a further period of maturation in bottle.
